Our "Non" Registry

We have been happily living together in our home in Leesburg, VA for several years, and therefore have accumulated all the things we might need, so we ask for your presence not presents! If you’d still like to celebrate us with a gift, we are choosing to follow the Chinese gifting tradition of “lai see”, which are red evelopes traditionally filled with money. These red envelopes symbolize luck and prosperity and are provided to the bride and groom to bless their wedding day and married life.

If you are not familiar with the red envelopes, we will have some available for your use at the Welcome Reception/Tea Ceremony and on the day of the wedding. Truly, we are just thankful that you are able to join us and celebrate our special day.
